Born in the wake of the marriage of Alfred Van Cleef and Estelle Arpels, the first Van Cleef & Arpels boutique opened in 1906, at 22 Place Vendôme in Paris, a center of Parisian elegance, marking the debut of a bejeweled destiny. The house of Van Cleef & Arpels has also developed a facet to its lineage: couture perfumery. The “Extraordinary Collection” is composed of a series of exceptional perfumes following only one rule, that of excellence.
